2. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please contact our support team via WhatsApp or email with your order number. Please provide a brief explanation of the issue you are facing so our technical team can assist you or process the refund if unresolved.
3. Ineligibility Cases
Refund requests will not be approved after the 10-day period. Refunds are also not issued for issues solely related to client-side hardware incompatibilities or temporary ISP network blockages (which can be resolved using a VPN).
4. Processing Time
