1. Personal & Non-Commercial Use Only

Your subscription to NovaVisionIPTV is solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not broadcast, exhibit, or screen our television streams in public venues, commercial establishments, or common areas without explicit authorization.

2. Strict Connection Limits

Each subscription profile is strictly limited to the simultaneous connection count of your purchased plan:

• 1 Connection Plan: Streaming is permitted on exactly one active device at any given time.
• 2 Connections Plan: Streaming is permitted on up to two active devices concurrently.

Our system dynamically monitors active handshakes. Exceeding your connection allowance will result in automated security blocks, temporary line freezing, or suspension.

3. Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited on our network and will lead to immediate service termination with no refund:

• Re-streaming & Restreaming: Capturing, downloading, encoding, retransmitting, or distributing our live feeds or VOD content.
• Reselling & Account Sharing: Sharing your login details, M3U playlist URLs, or Xtream API credentials with third parties or posting them publicly online.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to scrape, scan, or reverse engineer portal URLs, server subdomains, or anti-block systems.

4. Network Security & Fair Use

You agree to use our services responsibly without taxing our server bandwidth through scraping scripts, repeated connections, or automated query floods. We reserve the right to deploy automated rate limiters to protect stream stability for all subscribers.

5. Violations & Enforcement

NovaVisionIPTV actively monitors for compliance with this policy. Violations will result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent subscription cancellations without liability or refund. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
